You will find us in Suite 400 of the First West Building, on the corner of 1st Ave. West and John St.
Have a seat in the waiting area, and your therapist will be out to greet you at your scheduled appointment time.
There is ample street parking on the blocks surrounding the First West Building, including free one-hour parking on John Street and $2.00/hour parking on 1st Ave. West. If you are driving to your appointment, we suggest that you come prepared with at least $2.00 each week in order to cover the cost of parking if the free spots are not accessible.
The building is locked for security purposes in the evening. If the front doors are locked when you arrive, please wait by the doors, and someone will be down promptly to let you in.

Intern Line: #206.660.4396
- This line is for current patients needing to cancel an appointment or reach a therapist directly. Please be aware that this line is generally not answered and serves mainly as a voicemail box for therapists. It is not a confidential voicemail box; therapists have access to all messages, therefore please leave messages accordingly.
Please note that these are not emergency numbers, and we do not offer crisis intervention services. Therapists are not available on weekends or after work hours for emergency services; therefore, if you are in an urgent situation please call 911 or contact the Crisis Clinic at: #206.461.3222.
